There are many wonderful things that can happen when you meditate, but it is through consistent practice that we receive the most benefit. If you have tried to meditate but had trouble making it stick, or if you never started because it seemed too hard or confusing, we can help.  

We can teach you to meditate correctly & consistently even if you don’t believe you can. 

You will learn simple, non-dogmatic techniques that fit into your –busy, messy, noisy– life. You’ll gain the ability to meditate successfully, on your own, without any apps or external guidance. You can choose from in-person or online instruction, on your own or with a group. Regardless or how you choose to learn, you’ll acquire tools for living a simpler, happier life.

Unless otherwise noted, our classes feature instruction in our Still Moving Meditation Flow, which seamlessly combines complementary techniques into one easy to learn, transformative meditative experience. Sessions also include time for discussion.




Our Foundation package will help you establish a strong base for becoming a self-sufficient meditator at a great price. The package includes 4, 30-minute Online 1:1 Training Sessions for the price of 3.

Why 4 sessions? In our experience, it takes about 4 sessions, spaced a week or so apart, to really learn the technique and begin to establish a regular practice. After completing the Foundation Package you will know how to meditate correctly and consistently, begin to realize some of the benefits and be well on your way to making meditation a part of your daily life.

At the end of the 4 sessions, you will be able to practice on your own, without guidance. You may want additional tune-up sessions to ensure you are practicing correctly, but that is entirely up to you. This is your practice.

After you sign-up, we will email you a brief assessment to help determine which meditative technique will likely feel most comfortable for you, as well as assess your current levels of stress and stability. We will then determine the best place to begin your personal practice.

The Foundation includes 4, 30-minute Online 1:1 sessions and costs $225.



In-Person 1:1


Private sessions are a good option for those who would like to receive their instruction individually and can be customized to the needs or goals of the student.

Private 1:1 sessions are 60 minutes and cost $200.


Online 1:1


For those who want the individualized attention of a private session but live outside our area, or for those who simply prefer a more cost-effective individual training option, online instruction is a great choice. These 30 or 60-minute sessions include guided meditation instruction, time for discussion and are conducted using Zoom.

Online sessions are $75 for 30 min., and $125 for 60 min.



Groups are organized by the student(s) and can be conducted a student’s home or other location arranged by the group. Sessions are typically 1 hour in length, but can be customized to fit the needs of the group. Contact us to set-up your group.

Fees for 1 hour Private Group sessions are $150 per person with a 3 person minimum.
