I am thrilled and humbled to be a part of the fantastic new program, The Healthy & Whole Project, with Becca Shern at Minimal Wellness. I'll take participants on a deep dive into the myths and misunderstandings of meditation and mindfulness, reveal the simple, powerful truths that can produce lasting positive change in our lives and put them into practice during a guided meditation.

We are constantly bombarded with conflicting, confusing, and noxious health and wellness messages. It's hard to know what to pay attention to and what's just noise. 

If you're like most of us, you've been frustrated with yo-yo dieting, boomerang lifestyle changes, and a lack of time to do it all — it's time for a new approach.

During the 9 weeks of The Healthy & Whole Project you will learn how to nourish your body, mind, and soul to see gradual but long-lasting results. You'll examine your values and priorities, explore what's truly nutritious for your body, and develop rituals around movement, restoration, mindfulness, and simplicity.

Together we will begin to understand what health and wholeness truly means and how to find balance in an unbalanced world. 

The Healthy & Whole Project includes:

  • 9 weeks of video lessons, reading, and resources on topics from nourishment and movement to mindfulness and restoration.

  • Weekly Q&A with Becca.

  • Healthy meal ideas, recipes, a meal-planning worksheet, and grocery shopping resources.

  • Expert guests in meditation, movement, and restoration.

  • Private online platform for engaging with the content and connecting with other participants.

  • Lifetime access to project content.

Free info talks are held Thursday afternoons and evenings so you can learn about the course, the technique, ask questions and get a sense for how I teach. You are not required to attend an info session prior to taking the course, but it is recommended. These 45 minute sessions are free and there is no obligation to register for the course.

Online 3 Day Learn to Meditate Course (UK & Europe)

For those who live in the UK or Europe, I am offering an online course on July 19, 20 & 21 from 7:30-9: 00 pm BST (GMT+1). Those who live elsewhere are welcome to join as well if these days and times work for you.

If you have been waiting to make the commitment, act soon, the promotional pricing will be ending in August and the course investment thereafter will be $250 USD.

In this course, you will learn a simple, effortless meditation technique that can transform your life. The practice is very accessible, practical and highly effective. You don’t need to find a quiet place, sit in a particular way, or focus, or concentrate really hard. It can be practiced anywhere, sitting comfortably in a chair for about 20 minutes. It doesn’t matter how busy your mind is, or whether you’ve struggled with guided meditations and apps, the technique is effortless and easy to learn. Over time, consistent meditators become happier, more creative, more productive, and more adaptable and resilient to the demands of life.

The course investment is $250 but I am offering a special introductory rate of $99 until August.
