Where can you make it easier?
We are conditioned from an early age to "do" things. Doing things is how we demonstrate our value. What we've done becomes our legacy. And in order to get things done, we've been taught to "try hard". The harder we try, the better. I'd like to suggest an alternative approach. Try easier.
Despite what others say, easy isn't lazy. Ease creates space for the good in us to come forward. By allowing things to naturally unfold, and not trying to change them, we can relax into the flow. We can let go of the stress of trying to control everything and find contentment with what is. We can minimize our to-do lists. We can simply be.
Where can you make it easier today? How might you make space for what is already good in your life to come forth?
